HOW TO CHOOSE? It can't be easy to choose from all of these wonderful massages and body treatments. If too many treatments "jump out" at you or you find your self unable to decide, please call our spa coordinators. We will be happy to take the time to find out what your goals are and recommend the best services for you!

CANCELLATION POLICY Providence Day Spa has a 3 hour cancellation policy. Spa Parties have a 3 day cancellation party. Appointments cancelled with less than required notice and no shows will be charged in full.

GRATUITIES Gratuities are customary, appreciated and optional. The recommended gratuity is 15%-20%. A 15% gratuity will be applied to all package prices, if you would like to adjust the amount either way, simply let us know.

CHILDREN Providence Day Spa is one of the few day spas to understand that children benefit from the treatments we offer. A person under the age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For children under the age of 14 the adult must stay in the treatment room during the first session, and may relax in our lounge during the following treatments. The adult must stay on the premises at all times.
