Providence Day Spa gives the best spa treatments in Brooklyn, and beyond! Whether you choose Massage, Facials and Body Treatments or Waxing, we provide exceptional service to our guests and believe our staff is the best and brightest NYC has to offer.
Give yourself the time you deserve- Treatments begin precisely at the appointed time. Arrive 15-30 minutes before your treatment time so that you may fill out important forms and enjoy time in our lounge. If you have booked a steam (complimentary with any treatment) be sure to arrive 30 minutes in advance of your appointment time.
Electronic Devices - are not compatible with true relaxation and are therefore their use is not permitted in the lounge or treatment rooms.
Advise us of your medical status or any changes in your health- Since certain conditions may limit your ability to receive certain treatments, it is important that you tell us of any health issues when booking. These conditions include high blood pressure, injuries, allergies, medication and recent surgeries.
If you are pregnant please let us know as some of our staff is specifically trained in how to make your treatment the best and most enjoyable safely.
If you are taking Retin-A or Accutane it is very important that you tell us.

HOW TO CHOOSE? It can't be easy to choose from all of these wonderful massages and body treatments. If too many treatments "jump out" at you or you find yourself unable to decide, please call our spa coordinators at (718) 596-6774. We will be happy to take the time to find out what your goals are and recommend the best services for you!
CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellation or reschedule of any treatment. Spa Parties have a 3 day cancellation policy. Guests who fail to notify us within the 24-hour courtesy window, will be charged the entire treatment fee. Credit card information is required for all reservations. Please note that cancelled appointments are non-refundable.
GUEST LOCKERS: Are available upon request or when having more than one service. Please do not bring valuables to the spa, we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
COMPLIMENTARY PRIVATE AROMA-STEAM: Is available on a first come, first serve basis to those having services values at $55 or more. In order to guarantee your steam, please book it at the time you book your appointment.
GRATUITIES: Gratuities are customary, appreciated and optional. The recommended gratuity is 15%-20%. A 20% gratuity will be applied to all spa parties. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience. We are sorry, but we cannot add gratuities to credit card purchases.
CHILDREN: We are unable to provide treatment to clients accompanied by minors. Please arrange child care prior to your visit. If you are booking an appointment for a minor under the age of 16 certain rules and conditions apply. Please call a spa coordinator at (718) 596-6774 for more information.
PRIVACY IS ASSURED: We gather various personal information in order to optimize treatments, and make visits go as seamlessly as possible. All personal information you share with us will remain confidential.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: May be redeemed for spa services and spa products. In lieu of cash refunds, credit will be issued for unused gift certificates, services or product purchases. Purchased gift certificates never expire, but do revert to cash value after one year of purchase. Donated Gift Certificates expire 1 year after begin given.
SPA FINDER: Gift cards and certificates are accepted for the full value of all treatment and are not accepted for discounted treatments, or monthly specials. They may not be used towards gratuity.
SPA PARTIES: Weddings, baby, and birthday showers, parties, and fundraisers are welcome at Providence Day Spa. Please download our Spa Party Planner. A gratuity of 20% is added to the service total for all spa parties. Call our spa coordinators for information (718) 596-6774.
